Configured for your country
African education systems are not interchangeable. A Kenyan school works in grades under a competency-based curriculum; a Nigerian one has JSS and SSS and a nine-point scale; a Tanzanian one runs two semesters and teaches in Kiswahili. Each country below arrives configured with its own terminology, term structure, grading defaults, currency and payment rails.

Every school also records cash, bank transfer, POS and cheque payments by hand, because most fees in most schools are still paid at a desk. Adding a country is a configuration change, not a new release — if yours is missing, tell us.
